PORTLANDโ€™S #1 PERSONALIZED MEAL PREP SERVICE

HOW IT WORKS

ONBOARD

LEARN ABOUT YOU

Once our Chef Matchmaker finds you your chef, you will complete an Intake Session and go over you and your familyโ€™s food preferences: intolerances or allergies if any exist, favorite cuisines, likes and dislikes, and how many meals you would like prepared. Our minimum order is 4 entrees or 3 entrees and 2 small bites.

At this time, your chef will assess your kitchen for necessary supplies and tools as well as discuss meal storage options.

COOK DATE

WE SHOP, WE COOK, WE CLEAN, YOU EAT!

You will decide on continuous weekly or bi-weekly Cook Dates - whatever is most convenient for you!

On the morning of our Cook Date, your chef will shop for your ingredients, come to your home, prepare all of your ordered meals, leave your kitchen sparkling clean, and fill your refrigerator with freshly prepared meals for you to enjoy.

MENU SELECTION

MAKE YOUR CHOICES

Your customized menu will be sent to you on the Friday before your Cook Date. Let your chef know your menu choices by Sunday at 5pm.

SAMPLE MENUS

โ€œEverything tastes amazing! Iโ€™m getting to eat things that are so much more interesting than what Iโ€™ve been eating for the past year. I keep sending my friends pictures of my meals because Iโ€™m so excited, and I feel like Iโ€™m eating โ€œrealโ€ food again. Just that diversity of flavor is such a joy.

Itโ€™s also been a real improvement in my quality of life just in terms of energy and symptom management. I have actually had a lot more energy since service began. I think this in part because Iโ€™m conserving some of my limited energy that I used to have to expend on lots of cooking. But also I think itโ€™s that Iโ€™m really consistently able to eat food that is nutritionally well balanced for my bodyโ€™s specific needs.

Part of what would happen when I was cooking for myself is I would eat really well for 3 or 4 days, but then run out of food and not have energy to make something, so then Iโ€™d end up fudging it for 2-3 meals, and even that had more of an affect than I realized until now.

Truly the whole thing is making a really major positive impact on my life, and Iโ€™m really glad to have found you guys!โ€ - C. W.
